2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- Other governorates in Egypt: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
4. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
MissJelu is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails:
- The courier may contact you to reschedule delivery.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
6. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and products
- A description of the issue
We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
7. International Shipping
Currently, MissJelu may only ship within Egypt unless otherwise stated on the website.
